Is there a political problem behind Karachi killing incidents?

ISLAMABAD: All the partners in Sindh Govt has authorized the President Asif Ali Zardari to hold peace talks with the political partners of the Sindh Govt.
No one in the political partners in Sindh Govt is against the peace in Karachi as all the parties have staged a peace rally few days back.
MQM leaders have blamed PPP provincial leader Zulfiqar Mirza backing the Liyari Gang allegedly involved in Karachi killings. Karachi Police have also arrested some TTP members from Karachi who were committing crimes. Chief Minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah stated in a meeting held at Islamabad that Rangers and FC are fully prepared and motivated to maintain peace in Karachi. Sindh Govt has authorized the FC with police powers along with Rangers who already have police powers. Who is responsible for and what is the main problem behind the massive killings in Karachi is still an unanswered question.
