Tribal Chief Malik Arsala Khan shot dead by Taliban

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Suspected Taliban killed pro govt elder in the main bazar Tank. 
Taliban warned the tribesmen to not to enter the area where they were fighting Pak Army.
Pak Army urged them to go as Army Operation was successful against Taliban.
